My name is Maeva, I’m a French young mother, the founder of Concept Yoga, and a DRU yoga teacher since 2012. Since I have discovered the benefits of DRU yoga, I have made it my mission to share it and help others relax and find balance in their life. My classes are both joyful and very relaxing. All classes end with a 15-20 minutes deep relaxation, a real treat
I teach classes in French and in English. And in addition to my group classes, I also teach private classes directly at your home with the Zen at Home Concept!
